Nuclear Futures Bangor joins National Skills Academy Nuclear – NSAN

NSAN (The National Skills Academy Nuclear) is a membership organisation led by nuclear sector employers, from both civil and defence, to provide valuable, cost-effective, and practical support to organisations large and small. Membership and Benefits

Benefits of an NSAN membership include dedicated support from a Relationship Manager who will offer face-to-face meetings, a membership provides members with a larger network of leading industry groups and opportunities to attend NSAN events. NSAN provides an operational voice into government about how changes to the skills landscape are affecting companies – an NSAN membership allows you to have your say by developing solutions to specific skills issues. The National Skills Academy Nuclear offers a variety of services to its members, including Triple Bar Courses – these are short introduction courses that are aimed at new starters or those transitioning into the nuclear industry. The Triple Bar courses offer services for existing nuclear sites, new build nuclear sites, nuclear manufacturing, and nuclear leadership. Voice of the Supply Chain

NSAN has an important group named Voice of the Supply Chain, the group brings together representatives from NSAN’s Employer & Provider networks in one collective forum to enable NSAN’s members to input into the key skills needs priority actions for NSAN to take forwards.  Outputs from the Group are fed into the national skills agenda via the Nuclear Skills Strategy Group (NSSG).
