The Nuclear Futures Institute attends the Cambridge UK Nuclear Academics Meeting

The Nuclear Academics Meeting 2021, provided a forum for academics working on nuclear energy-related research, from new build through to decommissioning of existing reactors to discuss topics of common interest. The Nuclear Academics Meeting attracts speakers from industry, academia, both national and international.

This year’s Nuclear Academics Meeting was held by the University of Cambridge on the 8th and 9th of September, 2021.

Talks by the NFI’s Dr. Michael Rushton on co-generation and Dr. Lee Evitts on nuclear medicine were well received by the attendees and speakers alike.

Congratulations to Michael and Lee for making an impact within the academic community with their presentations.
