Prof Simon Middleburgh, co-director of the Nuclear Futures Institute at Bangor University, has been invited to become a member of the committee of the French National Agency for Research (ANR) to evaluate and select the proposals for the DIADEM exploratory Priority Research Programme and Infrastructure call. Simon was chosen as a result of his experience in this wide field of research. This international involvement highlights the breadth and reach of Bangor University’s Nuclear Futures Institute on the international nuclear research scene.
